The “Kommersant” Telegram channel reports that Russian President Vladimir Putin has transferred the assets of a number of major foreign companies—Nestle, FM Logistic, Auchan, and Lemana Pro (formerly Leroy Merlin)—to temporary administration. As the channel notes, the next step could be their sale, and the total value of these entities is estimated at no less than 600 billion rubles.
Lemana Pro, Kommersant writes, explained that the company does not yet have official information from state authorities and continues operating as usual. Is this nationalization Russian-style or a cunning scheme?
