This was announced by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov on September 7 during the Eastern Economic Forum 2025 (WEF-2025).
"To be honest, sometimes it's hard for me to understand where he gets so much strength from. Then there's the fact that he's always at the peak of his concentration. When he's in Russia, he tries to exercise all the time, every day," Peskov said in an interview with TASS.
The press secretary mentioned the extremely busy schedule of the Russian president, noting that Vladimir Putin manages to sleep only a few hours a day. According to the Kremlin representative, sometimes the time allotted for sleep is reduced to less than four hours, which surprises Peskov, Izvestia writes.
It was also emphasized that during long business trips, the head of state does not have the opportunity to play sports, while in Moscow he strives for regular physical exercise, according to Gazeta.Ru».
A day earlier, Peskov said that the president's next week would be full of working meetings and would leave no place to rest, despite his recent long trip. He added that a detailed work program has already been formed in the capital, covering the entire week.
