Previously, the party introduced an initiative to allow Russians under 18 to change their names. State Duma deputies suggested permitting minors to change their names so they could escape bullying related to their names. This was stated by the Deputy Speaker of the lower house, Vladislav Davankov. The initiative was addressed to the Minister of Labor and Social Protection Anton Kotyakov, with Davankov noting it would help reduce bullying among children.
