Manufacturers have started offering this type of Christmas decoration specially designed for residents of small apartments and compact studios, where full-sized trees simply do not fit.

Half trees are sawn in half lengthwise, allowing them to be placed in a corner or tightly against a wall, saving space while maintaining festive appearance and the scent of pine. Despite the reduced size, such models are sold at the full price of standard artificial trees — prices range from 7,000 to 16,000 rubles.

Experts advising on artificial Christmas tree selection recommend paying attention to material quality and safety — the tree should be stable, free of strong chemical odors, and retain decorative properties.

This trend reflects the modern living realities of most Russians, especially in large cities where living space is limited. Some sellers already offer quarter trees for even more space savings — such a tree can be placed in a corner, creating a cozy and festive interior.

According to market analysts, overall demand for holiday decorations has decreased compared to previous years, due to economic factors and changes in consumer preferences. Nevertheless, original solutions like half Christmas trees enjoy stable interest among buyers.
