Domodedovo on Avito for 132 billion: PSB sells Moscow's main airport — who will buy it?

The asset’s value is 132.2658 billion rubles for 100% of the authorized capital. The sale will take place through an auction on the RTS-Tender platform.

The auction for the sale of “DME Holding” (which manages Domodedovo and related companies) is scheduled for January 20, 2026. Applications are accepted from January 13 to January 19. The starting price is 132.266 billion rubles, the deposit is 26.45 billion, and the bidding step is 1.32 billion. The organizer is PSB. The purchase and sale agreement will be signed within five days after the auction.

Domodedovo is the largest hub in Moscow, serving more than 50 million passengers annually. The January 2026 sale caused a stir: the asset is under arrest due to criminal cases against its former owner, Dmitry Kamenshchik. PSB Bank is conducting the sale by court order. Russia is attracting investors into infrastructure, ensuring transparent bidding.

Potential buyers include major funds, airlines, or state-owned entities. The proceeds will go toward debt repayment. The airport is being modernized with new terminals and ticket offices. The investor will gain control over a key Eurasian hub. Russia’s economy is growing, and infrastructure remains a priority.
