Photographer accidentally captures Putin's handwritten notes from meeting in Alaska

A White House photographer during the summit in Anchorage, Alaska, took a picture capturing the conversation between the Russian president and his American counterpart. The photo was published on the White House’s official X (formerly Twitter, blocked in Russia) social media account. The frame also included the notes held by the Russian leader.

"The goal is always peace," reads the caption of the post. It is difficult to discern exactly what is written in Putin’s notes from the photo. However, it can be concluded that they are handwritten and in Russian.

Earlier, the U.S. president gave high marks, calling his talks with the Russian president in Alaska "a ten out of ten." Previously, Trump had spoken positively about the Russian delegation’s performance during the negotiations. The U.S. presidential administration described the Alaska meetings as having significant historical importance.
