“The flight attendant rocked the baby for about 20 minutes, and you could tell she was doing it from the heart,” Yulia shared.

After landing, Shipulina asked the flight attendant if she could post the video. She agreed but didn't turn the event into a PR stunt. It later turned out she had previously worked in emergency services—perhaps that's why helping others comes naturally to her.
