The project aligns with import substitution goals, forming a domestic infrastructure foundation for building, integrating, and operating critical IT systems.
"The platform is aimed at organizations with established IT infrastructure, where numerous internal systems have been created at different times, on different technology stacks, and by different contractors. The fragmentation of such IT landscapes remains one of the key challenges for both the public sector and large businesses: it increases maintenance costs, complicates data integration, and slows down the introduction of new digital services," Solovyov explained.
According to him, SOIL creates a unified infrastructure layer that integrates into the existing IT environment without the need for a complete overhaul of current systems. The platform standardizes the service lifecycle, integration, configuration management, and observability, enabling centralized operation of distributed solutions. This reduces change implementation timelines, eases the burden on maintenance teams, and lowers the total cost of ownership for the IT landscape, he clarified.
Resident status in the Aerospace Innovation Valley opens up opportunities for the company to accelerate product development, prepare pilot implementations, and build cooperation with technology partners and industrial customers.
"Obtaining resident status in the Aerospace Innovation Valley confirms the importance of the platform approach to digital infrastructure development. For us, this is a chance to speed up the industrial refinement of SOIL, expand its scope of application, and move from point projects to systemic scaling of the licensed product," Solovyov noted.
The INTs "Aerospace Innovation Valley" was established in 2022 to support high-tech projects in aircraft manufacturing, space technologies, unmanned systems, new materials, radioelectronics, and related fields. The center brings together technology companies, startups, engineering teams, and research groups working on applied developments with a high readiness level for implementation.
